We offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We operate a general practice although our specialty is anxiety and trauma counselling for individuals aged 6 and up. The office space is in Bedford, Nova Scotia, just outside Halifax. It is secure, sound proof and very welcoming.
Online services or telephone therapy is also available.
